QUESTION: I'm having problems getting my order to go through?
- ANSWER: In order for the shopping cart system to work you will need to have your cookies enabled. To do this go to tools on your browser. Then go to internet options. At the top privacy is listed you will need to click there and move the bar until it says accept all cookies. Your order should go through fine now if it does not please call us to place your order.
QUESTION: Is there an operating system installed in the computer?
- ANSWER: Unless stated, no OS is installed. If purchased the OS will come installed with CD and manual and COA. If you are not familiar with the installation of an operating system we suggest you purchase one with your system.
QUESTION: If I order a PC will I receive a confirmation of order and shipment?
- ANSWER: Once your order has been received we will send you a email letting you know the order has been received. Once the package has been sent you will also receive a UPS Tracking number. If for any reason you do not receive these please email us and will will send you the information promptly.
QUESTION: How much is shipping and what company do you use?
- ANSWER: We offer FREE shipping to the continental United States. This offer does not apply HI or AK. These states required additional shipping charges, but the difference is much lower then others charge. To ship outside of the United States you will need to figure in an additional charge depending on your country.
We ship UPS within the continental United States, and opt for USPS International for all others. We will ship using another company for orders outside the United States
QUESTION: Can you ship to a P.O. Box, if not what addresses can you ship to?
- ANSWER: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We only ship to credit card / Paypal / Google Checkout confirmed addresses. We do this to ensure our orders are shipped to the correct places and to protect the company from fraudulent purchases. This keeps our prices down and our customers happy.
QUESTION: Where are you located and do you have a store front?
- ANSWER: We are located in Biloxi, MS. We do not have a store front, but will have one in the future. For the moment we only offer online sales. If you need to get in contact with our store see our contact section for our mailing address and contact information.
QUESTION: What type of computer do you recommend?
- ANSWER: We are highly competitive gamers thus use the best equipment money can buy...so we may not need the same thing. We offer consultations for anyone who does not know what they need. We never try to upsell you to purchase a PC you will not need. Our customer service is very high rated because we care about returning customers...not just one sell. We try our hardest to get the right computer to the right person.
QUESTION: Can we pay monthly for our computer?
- ANSWER: We do not offer financing for our computers or websites. Our prices are competitive without the need to finance. We require all computers be paid in full up front and websites are to be paid half up front and half when site is finished.
QUESTION: What type of websites do you design?
- ANSWER: We design websites ranging from personal to corporate. Our sites are designed with you in mind. We do not make you purchase any style or layout, and do not even start until you approve the design. Its your site, an extension of you so you get to decide what you want it to look like. We just code it.
Although we will design for almost any type of site we do not design adult, cruel, or racist websites. We let our customers preview other peoples sites before they buy,
QUESTION: Can I modify the website once you are finished or am I stuck with the default?
- ANSWER: Of course you can edit a site once we have finished. We offer a extensive, dynamic admin section that allows you to edit almost anything on the site. Of course this is only if you want to do that. We can design the page to suit you so you never have to change it again, but we recommend letting us give you a way to change when you need to.
QUESTION: How do we pay for website design?
- ANSWER: We accept a variety of payment options like cash, check, credit, Google checkout, and Paypal. We require 50% upfront and the remaining balance to be paid when the website is completed. We will not be able to upload your site until the final payment has been made.
