We bring convenience to you to help you save money. We may not have a store front but we do make house calls....even on the weekends. Our rates are fairly cheap and we come highly recommended.
If you are having problems with your computer even if it was not built by Zero 3 Computers we can still help you. We do virus removal, basic troubleshooting, and part replacement. We usually have a quick turn around time and can have your computer back in your arms before you really begin to miss it.
If you wish to have Zero 3 Computers install your new computer for you then please inform us before the computer is built to ensure that we are able to make deliveries to your house or business. Installation is only for some areas and may be declined by Zero 3 Computers at our descrition.
COMPUTER REPAIR - HARDWARE
The following rates are for the cites and counties listed within the ranges on the following map:
$50.00 inspection fee - Biloxi and surrounding cities$75.00 inspection fee - South of Interstate 10 and outside of Biloxi area excluding east of Highway 57
$100.00 inspection fee - North of Interstate 10 including east of Highway 57 and outskirts or Highway 49
Each hour after for all areas are $25.00. The first hour is a minimum inspection fee. We charge an inspection fee of $25.00 if the computer is brought to us, only the $25.00 hourly rate applies. All bills will reflect the inspection fee, hourly rate, and cost of parts. We try our hardest to keep the billing low as some problems only take minutes to fix. Each hour after for all areas are $50.00. The first hour is a minimum inspection fee. We charge an inspection fee of $15.00 if the computer is brought to us, only the $50.00 hourly rate applies. All bills will reflect the inspection fee and hourly rate. If you request we can buy a virus protection software to keep your pc safe, but you will have to pay for the additional software. Please refer to the following map to see if you are in our house call area. If you are not within the area then unfortunately we cannot make the drive to install your new computer or troubleshoot your old computer from your house. You will have to come to us.
Normal business hours rate for support is $35/hr, after hours rate is $70/hr, but we always offer quotes for FREE!
If you are outside the coverage area you can call us to see if we can make a special exception for you. Your exception will be based on the travel distance and our current schedule.
