Kountry Boy Pits is a pitbull kennel owned by Trish and Roy O'Neal. They raise pit bulls from pups to full grown, elegant animals. They strive to help people lose their preconceptions about the pit bull breed. Trish and Roy try to show people that pit bulls are only as mean as the owner's make them.
They breed show quality and bully style dogs and they belong to clubs that represent the good in animal breeding, the UKC and the ABKC. They show their seal with pride to let their customers know that they will receive a top quality show or bully dog.
The version of the site shown below is the second edition. The first edition was a great look, but lacked some of the new style features that a good website design should have. With this new version we allowed more visitor interaction through the contact form (which allows inquires on specific dogs that they can choose from the list of dogs page).
In order to promote the good quality in pit bulls we created a "Pit Bulls In History" page. This page allows Trish and Roy to gather information about the good things that these dogs do all over the world. This page has articles of dogs that save people or become great legends in their own way.
Their site, like many we design has an image gallery. Their gallery is a showcase for their visitors who are looking for a dog to buy or breed with. The gallery allows for the light box effect to enhance the visitors viewing ability. Kountry Boy Pits completion time was about 4 days.
